These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 678be ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the 678be website, mobile browser interface, and all associated gaming and wagering services available at https://678be.app and its subdomain equivalents.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accepting any promotional offer, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside the 678be Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Access to and use of 678be is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to ensure you remain eligible. By using the Platform you represent and warrant that you meet all requirements set out in this clause.

You are eligible to use 678be only if you meet ALL of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Online gambling is strictly for adults. 678be takes underage gambling seriously and reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. Proxy accounts or accounts operated by agents are not permitted under any circumstances.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of 678be or any of its technology or software providers, where participation in real-money gaming would constitute a conflict of interest.
• You have not been self-excluded from 678be or placed on a self-exclusion register that applies to this Platform. If you have previously self-excluded and your exclusion period remains active, you are obliged to refrain from registering or accessing the Platform.
• You are not depositing funds that are derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful source. 678be maintains the right to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and to freeze account funds pending investigation.

678be reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point during a player's use of the Platform. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable time frame may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

678be accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via approved payment methods. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. 678be does not charge a platform fee on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider (for example bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees independently of 678be. Such third-party fees are outside 678be's control and are your responsibility to verify before transacting.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect the integrity of the payment ecosystem. If a player's designated withdrawal method has been discontinued or is unavailable, 678be will contact the player to arrange an alternative method in accordance with applicable financial verification requirements.

The following additional financial terms apply to all players:

• Deposits are credited to your 678be wallet in real time under normal operating conditions. If a deposit is not reflected within 30 minutes, you should contact 678be support with your transaction reference number.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during standard operating hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays (including Eid and Victory Day), or when additional account verification is required.
• 678be reserves the right to apply a withdrawal limit per day or per transaction. Current limits are displayed on the withdrawal page within your account dashboard.
• Any funds deposited using a payment method that does not belong to the registered account holder will be subject to immediate review. 678be may freeze the relevant funds pending verification and is entitled to return them to their source if the account holder cannot demonstrate lawful ownership.

678be does not accept deposits from third-party payment processors, cryptocurrency wallets, or anonymous payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment instrument registered in the name of the 678be account holder. Deposits that cannot be matched to a verified account holder identity may be returned after deducting applicable administrative processing costs.

678be is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. To protect the integrity of the Platform and the experience of legitimate players, the following conduct is strictly prohibited. A violation of any prohibition in this clause may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and a permanent ban from the Platform.

• Collusion: coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker or signalling hands in live dealer games.
• Bonus abuse: systematically exploiting welcome offers, reload bonuses, or free spin campaigns in a manner designed to extract value without genuine recreational intent. This includes low-risk betting patterns specifically aimed at clearing wagering requirements while minimising variance.
• Fraud and chargebacks: deliberately initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with a payment provider after funds have been credited and used for wagering. This constitutes fraud and will be referred to relevant authorities.
• Technical exploitation: using software vulnerabilities, reverse engineering, data interception, or any other technical means to gain an advantage over the Platform or other players, or to obtain information not intended to be available to players.
• Money laundering: using the Platform to deposit, layer, or integrate funds derived from criminal activity. 678be is required by applicable law to report suspicious financial activity and will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities where required.
• Abusive behaviour: directing offensive, threatening, or discriminatory language at 678be staff, other players in live dealer chat, or support agents. 678be operates a zero-tolerance policy for player misconduct toward its personnel.

678be employs automated and human monitoring of player activity to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, 678be may take immediate action including temporary or permanent account suspension, voiding of game results and associated winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will not be entitled to any refund of deposited funds held at the time of account closure.

678be provides its Platform and gaming services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 678be expressly disclaims all warranties, representations, and conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 678be does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 678be's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 678be account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to direct losses only. 678be is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 678be's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Gambling inherently involves financial risk. 678be is not responsible for losses sustained through legitimate gameplay outcomes. By using the Platform you acknowledge that you may lose money and that 678be bears no responsibility for those losses.

678be reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 678be will notify registered players via their registered mobile number or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of not less than seven days prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 678be operates an internal complaints and dispute resolution process. Players wishing to raise a complaint should contact 678be support in the first instance, providing full details of the matter in dispute. 678be aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to resolve them within 14 business days of receipt.
